Patrick Henderson
Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Patrick brings to SureFact Australia 20 years of experience in the risk, OH&S and insurance industry. Throughout these two decades he held senior management roles at a range of national insurers, occupation rehabilitation providers and local government. He’s also worked in executive protection throughout South-East Asia.
As director of operations, Patrick is responsible for implementing and delivering policies and procedures to ensure high quality outcomes in a timely and efficient manner. He also lends insight into insurance-related investigations, especially claims management.
Patrick holds a Diploma of Security and Risk Management, Diploma of Work Health and Safety, Certificate IV Security Risk Management, Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Certificate III Investigations and Certificate III Bodyguard.
Paul York
Director
A security risk management expert with over a decade’s worth of experience as a member of Victorian police, Paul prides himself on delivering outcomes in even the most complex of investigations.
As managing director, Paul oversees day-to-day operations, including the planning and consultation stages of an investigation. He also personally leads all investigations in regards to workplace incidents and injuries, IR and HR investigations and all integrity related issues.
Paul holds an Advanced Diploma of Public Safety (Police Investigation), Diploma of Security and Risk Management, Diploma of Government Fraud Control, Diploma of Government Investigation and a Diploma of Work Health and Safety.
Geoff Dixon
Director of Finance
Having spent 30 years in the workers’ compensation consulting field, Geoff brings a wealth of experience to SureFact Australia.
As director of finance, Geoff is responsible for developing our organisation’s financial strategy, including cash flow analysis, financial targets and the assessment of key performance analytics.
Natalie Adam
Insurance Operations Manager
Natalie has extensive experience working for both insurers and self-insurers in the Workers Compensation industry. Natalie is an experienced leader who brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.
Natalie oversees our operations and manages our Case Management Team to ensure we are meeting our clients' service standards.
Simon Barry
Technical Manager
Simon has been in the Insurance industry since 1997, giving him 25 years of experience in Workers Compensation across various leading Insurers. Simon has performed largely in senior roles as a Team Leader, Technical Manager and Dispute Resolution.
Simon has spent the last 10 years working in the Investigation field overseeing differing facets of factual investigations including allocations, coordination and quality assurance to ensure the highest standard of service deliverables are met to various clients.
Simon has a certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment along with a Certificate IV in OH&S and is licensed for investigations in both VIC and NSW.
Sarah Louis
Technical Manager
Sarah commenced her career as an Investigator in 2017, investigating Workers Compensation claims in psychological, physical injuries and fatalities, Sarah has proven herself to be a valuable technical asset and industry thought leader.
Sarah’s passion for the investigative process and its many technical elements saw her quickly progress to quality auditing of investigations and supporting fellow investigators in 2018.
This passion which aligns with SureFact’s mission of Surety, Quality and Trust has led Sarah to oversee the quality and audit process for our organisation and will continue to build on the great work undertaken on The SureFact Academy along with our Technology Programs.
